is a behavioral economics expert with vast experience in both research and consultancy. She is the Co-Founder at IDeCision, the applied center for decision making at the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya, and one of The ‘Social psychology in the real world’ community founders and admins. Anat holds a BSc in Psychobiology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, an MBA from Tel Aviv University, and a MA in Social Psychology from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Social Psychology.
Social Psychologist & Behavioral Economist
is a researcher with extensive experience using multiple research methods, including qualitative and quantitative methods, to help key players in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors turn knowledge and data into useful and impactful insights. A high level of expertise in conducting experiments and surveys, analyzing data, and integrating findings from various sources. Daniella holds a PhD in social psychology and has published research in leading academic journals. Co-founder and co-leader of the SPRW community.
Social Psychologist
is an experienced consultant and facilitator of change. He helps to develop tools and support teams, leaders and managers in solving complex problems by incorporating systemic thinking and non-linear problem-solving techniques. Eitan holds an M.A in Education Management from Tel-Aviv University and an M.Sc in Negotiation and Conflict resolution from Columbia University.
Non-linear Thinker
is a cognitive scientist, with a master’s degree from Tel Aviv University. He is working on his PhD in cognitive psychology, focusing on visual consciousness and attention in a collaboration that takes him between Israel and Germany. He is experienced in hypothesis generating, experiment design and data analysis, both in science and consulting. Eyal is also an artist who works with unusual materials, exploring the connections between art, science and algorithms.
Data Scientist & Artist
is a political psychologist, with a Master's Degree in Social Psychology from the Hebrew University. Haggai works as a strategic communications consultant, focusing on behavioral change in a political context. He is earning his PhD in Political Science, studying political images and immoral behavior. Haggai also hosts the podcasts "The Spinner - Behind the Scenes of Politics" and "No Comparisons.”
Political & Social Psychologist
is a Strategist with 12+ years of experience working with clients internationally. She started her career in the pharmaceutical advertising industry project managing and ultimately leading full cycle creative campaign launches in New York City. Once in Israel, Leslie joined SIT (Systematic Inventive Thinking) managing global Fortune 500 clients, strategizing their innovation processes. Wanting to take a break from the for-profit world and contribute to a social cause, Leslie joined MAOZ to strengthen and grow their investor portfolio. Originally from Izmir, Turkey, Leslie holds a BA from Brandeis University and an MA in Organizational Behavior and Development from Reichman University.
Strategist
worked as Chief of projects for the last three years at 'Kayma' company, led by professor Dan Ariely. The company combines technology development and behavioral economics, which allows to conduct large-scale experiments in a short period of time, and in a national level. The company advises the public sector and government ministries on several projects in the fields of education, health, transportation and the use of credit cards. Previously, Lotan was Spokesperson for the Chairman of the Kulanu party caucus, MK Roy Folkman, an officer in the IDF Spokesperson's Unit, and has worked in the Israeli Prime Minister's Office in the intelligence field. She holds a B.A. in International Relations and East Asia Studies in The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Project Manager
is an experienced facilitator and consultant in the field of innovation, both in the private and the public sectors. For the past eight years, May has specialized in working with educational organizations and led projects and processes of change in public systems. May is a doctoral student at Tel Aviv University and researches issues related to policy borrowing and the global education industry.
Education & Innovation Consultant
is a design researcher specializing in Hebrew typography. She excels at simplifying large amounts of data and building visual narratives. For the past decade, she has split her time between Israel and Germany working with clients in the higher education and youth exchange sectors. Nitzan is currently pursuing a PhD at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and aims to promote discourse on Hebrew type design and typography. She co-founded the Tel Aviv Salon for Artistic Research and served as a jury member for Hebrew script at the 12th GRANSHAN Type Design Competition. Nitzan is a certified group facilitator from the Open University of Israel and holds an MA (magna cum laude) in contemporary German studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She earned a Diplom (FH) in Integrated Design from the Köln International School of Design.
Design Researcher
Noam is a service designer and a lecturer at the design faculty at HIT. He has spent the last few years in some of the world’s leading design agencies in London, Tokyo and Copenhagen, where he’s gained significant experience in all different stages of product development. Noam has been incorporating a human-centered mindset as well as Design Thinking methods throughout his professional life. These days, he is implementing these approaches in projects focused on customer experience design.
Service Designer
is an experienced product manager and entrepreneur at heart. For the past decade he has built products and product teams at early-stage startups, scaling the team to large, well-established companies by using few resources and unconventional solutions to help grow the products’ success. His last role was Head of Product at Jolt - an edtech startup building an international business school for the new world. Being interested in everything that’s interesting - Ori connects the dots to bring insights, examples and solutions from a variety of fields. Ori has a technical background as an IDF programmer, speaks tech, loves the internet and is looking forward to all the possibilities the future will bring.
Polymath Product Strategist
Oshri is a skilled quantitative and qualitative researcher in Customer Experience and Behavioral Economist, specialized at generating actionable insights serving various business and social goals. At Strauss-Water, he uncovered implicit consumer needs, driving market penetration and product development. His interdisciplinary projects led to significant conversion rate increases. As Senior Researcher and Head of Innovation at Beterem-Safe Kids Israel, Oshri applied data-driven resource allocation, doubling intervention effectiveness. He also enhanced program evaluation methodologies for better decision-making. Oshri holds a BSc and MA in Cognitive Science from the Hebrew University, with additional studies at the Institute for Logic, Language, and Computation in Amsterdam.
CX Researcher & Behavioral Economist
is the Founder of Q Behavioral Thinking. He holds an M.A in Cognitive Psychology from TAU and is a Senior Innovation Facilitator at SIT (Systematic Inventive Thinking). Roy has eight years of experience leading innovation projects in multinational corporations and start-ups in more than twenty countries. He also lectures and facilitates practical workshops on different topics related to behavioral and cognitive sciences, such as: choice architecture, behavior design, creative problem-solving, behavioral economics and critical thinking.
Cognitive Psychologist & Founder
is a UX Design Expert, with over 7 years of experience in designing products and in team management. She is a graduate of the UX architecture course of Haifa university and has a bachelor’s degree in design from the New Bulgarian university. She Designs and improves user's experience in mobile and web products.
UX/UI Designer
is a project manager and group facilitator. He holds a master's degree in organizational consulting and development with a specialization in NGO's from Bar-Ilan University. Sariel has 10+ years of experience in managing programs and organizations in the community and social fields. He served as the Director of Innovation in Beit Shemesh Municipality, as the community manager in Kibbutz Ein Gedi, and has led programs in various non-profit organizations. He is motivated and inspired by people, insights and change creation.

I'm a researcher at heart and in practice, a keen reader, an avid learner, and just plain curious about almost everything. Coming from Hi-Tech and academic background I'm joining Q after spending a few years in NYC, I’m passionate about weaving together research insights into easily understood and presentable 'Aha!' moments for clients, that lead to game-changing strategies and tactics.
Digital Behavior Researcher
is a qualitative and quantitative researcher specializing in social impact and market research. Bringing over a decade of extensive experience, Yael has worked with clients across the private, public, and third sectors, assisting them in achieving their goals through the design and execution of experiments, surveys, data analysis, literature reviews, and more. She is an expert at leading research processes from inception to completion, by identifying client needs, formulating research questions, selecting appropriate methodologies, conducting data analysis, and drawing meaningful conclusions. She holds a BA in Psychology and the Ofakim Honors Program from the University of Haifa, and an MSc in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Technion.
Organisational Psychologist
Yotam graduated from the Tel-Aviv University Lautman Program for Outstanding Students and is pursuing his M.A. in Anthropology. He’s gained significant experience in conducting applied ethnographic research aimed at understanding and analysing people and communities, as well as led strategic consulting projects in the field of customer experience. Yotam has also been working in project management and coordination roles in large Israeli organisations, such as the Tel-Aviv municipality.
