He is working on his PhD in cognitive psychology, focusing on visual consciousness and attention in a collaboration that takes him between Israel and Germany. He is experienced in hypothesis generating, experiment design and data analysis, both in science and consulting. Eyal is also an artist who works with unusual materials, exploring the connections between art, science and algorithms.

is an experienced consultant of change processes in public sector organizations and an innovation facilitator at SIT (Systematic Inventive Thinking). In recent years, Jen developed and led change projects in municipalities, education institutions and government organizations. Previously, she worked as a journalist and gained experience in research, writing and editing roles. Jen holds an M.A. in Sociology from Tel Aviv University, and she’s currently a research student at the School of Public Policy and Administration at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

With 15+ years of experience as innovation consultant, she has worked with companies of various sectors and sizes and led dynamic, interactive, cross-functional innovation workshops worldwide. She’s also part of PLUS consulting, a company that works with businesses to help apply positive psychology to create a productive environment. Karen has a BA in social work from Tel Aviv University and an MA in Marketing Communications from Emerson College in Boston.

These days, he is implementing these approaches in projects focused on customer experience design.

Roy has eight years of experience leading innovation projects in multinational corporations and start-ups in more than twenty countries. He also lectures and facilitates practical workshops on different topics related to behavioral and cognitive sciences, such as: choice architecture, behavior design, creative problem-solving, behavioral economics and critical thinking.

Tamar Chelouche is an expert on innovative thinking, specializing in organizational and strategic processes. She has worked for over 15 years with C level excutives in multinationals, as well as with social organizations helping them identify and act on new opportunities for growth and empowerment. In the past 6 years Tamar established SIT office and innovation practice in China and loved living in Shanghai with the family. She has BA in Management and Sociology from Tel Aviv University and MA in Communications from the University of Amsterdam.

Yotam graduated from the Tel-Aviv University Lautman Program for Outstanding Students and is pursuing his M.A. in Anthropology. He’s gained significant experience in conducting applied ethnographic research aimed at understanding and analysing people and communities, as well as led strategic consulting projects in the field of customer experience. Yotam has also been working in project management and coordination roles in large Israeli organisations, such as the Tel-Aviv municipality.
